Construction of the building is entirely financed by Raiffeisen Bank Polska. To completely guarantee the security of the investment, all payments by clients will be deposited in a special escrow account supervised by the bank. This provides security to buyers, assurance of credibility to the bank,


and assurance of a smooth, quick building process to the investment itself. It is a rarity in today’s demanding market to find such a complex offer.






To meet the needs of our clients, we are cooperating with Dom Kredytowy NOTUS, a company which has been operating in the personal finances sector since 2004.



An impartial and experienced credit advisor from DK NOTUS dedicated to the clients of BBI Development will take care to ensure that they lose no time and benefit from the professional support of an experienced partner who will:




provide clients with full information on the costs and terms of credit;

analyse, along with the client, the offers of more than 20 banks cooperating with DK NOTUS and propose the most appropriate solutions negotiate individual terms of credit

guide the client through the complexities of banking procedures thanks to access to simplified procedures (which in effect means a shorter response time from the bank as to creditworthiness and thus credit being made available to the client sooner)

meet the client at the time and place of the client’s choosing

handle collection and completion of documents, submission of applications to the Court and collection of extracts from the Land and Mortgage Register

meet the client at a convenient time and place for the signing of the application and, if possible with a given bank, the credit agreement

be available to the client after the credit has been paid off to provide additional assistance and financial advice.
